The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered the removal from the services of Naveen Jamwal, Civil Judge (Junior Division) with immediate effect.
According to a government order passed by order of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the action against Jamwal follows the recommendations of the Full Court of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
“The Lieutenant Governor, Naveen Jamwal, is pleased to order the removal of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Munsif from service with immediate effect,” the order.
