Warner Bros. has announced the wait Dune: Part Two It will just be a while as the release has been pushed back from October to November 2023.
Dune: Part Two Originally scheduled for October 20, 2023, its new release date is now November 17, 2023. The reason for the delay has now been given, but it will be released in cinemas as well as IMAX screens around the world.
The film will begin where the first film left off as Paul and Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson) join the native Freemen population of Arrakis and fight against Arrakis’s Harkkonen rule and avenge Paul’s father. Planned to take out the emperor.
Dune: Part Two Filming will begin in Budapest this summer, with Villeneuve returning to directing from a script he co-wrote with Jon Spahats. The first part earned an impressive $400M at the worldwide box-office for Warner Bros. and Legendary.
Dune: Part Two The first film will see Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Stellan Skarsgard, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin reprising their roles. Newcomer to the sequel Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV, Florence Pugh (Kali Mai) as Princess Irulan, Austin Butler (elvis) as Fayed-Routha and Lee Seydoux as Lady Margot.
Doon: Part Two will release on November 17, 2023.
