Ahead of the film’s theatrical release this coming Friday, Marvel Studios has released a new Thor: Love and Thunder Featurette in which Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale and Tessa Thompson and producer Kevin Feige discuss working with director Taika Waititi on their latest cosmic superhero adventure.

Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Love and Thunder” finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike any he has ever faced – the search for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic assassin known as Gore the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To counter the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi) and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magic hammer, Mjolnir. As Thor puts it. Together, they embark on a harsh cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of Lord Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.

Thor: Love and Thunder is slated to release on July 8, 2022.
