The Final Trailer of Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis Starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanxo

An entirely cinematic drama, the story of Elvis (Butler) is viewed through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker (Hanks). As Parker pointed out, the film unravels the complex dynamic between the two, from Presley’s fame to his unprecedented stardom in 20 years, against a backdrop of an evolving cultural landscape and the loss of innocence in America. At the center of that journey is one of the important and influential people in Elvis’ life, Priscilla Presley (Olivia DeJong).

In the 1890s, a team of British archaeologists, John Banning (Peter Cushing), his father Stephen Banning (Felix Aylmer), and Uncle Joseph Wemple (Raymond Huntley), discovered the untouched tomb of Princess Ananka (Yvonne Furneaux). Inside the tomb, Peter discovers The Scroll of Life and, when he reads it aloud, he inadvertently brings the mummified body of High Priest Kharis (Christopher Lee) back to life…
Three years later and the group returns to England unaware of the nefarious consequences of their actions. Followers of the same Egyptian religion uncovered the mummy to take severe revenge on the destroyers of the sacred past.
